Pre-Season Update

Cobh Ramblers begin our pre-season schedule this Thursday night, taking on Premier Division side St Patrick’s Athletic. As we look to expand our impact and support base across East Cork and beyond, the game will take place in Midleton at 19:30. Stephen O’Donnell’s side will provide a stern test for Stuart Ashton’s side.

Sunday February 2nd will see a welcome return of our annual friendly with rivals Cork City. Kick-off is confirmed for 2pm but the venue will be announced in the coming days as numerous factors remain at play. Neale Fenn was a common figure in the opposition dugout while at Longford and we look forward to facing his Cork side.

On Friday February 2nd we will take on another Premier Division side in Waterford FC. Again, in efforts to expand our East Cork footprint, this game will take place in Youghal United at 19:30. This should prove another strong test for Ramblers against a Munster rival.

Finally, our Munster Senior Cup quarter-final with Munster Senior League side Carrigaline United will take place the weekend of February 14th/15th in Ballea Park. Details of this tie are yet to be decided.

We look forward to seeing you over our pre-season schedule ahead of the league opener at home to Drogheda United on February 22nd!

All fixture details are subject to change.
