Luke Casey is a Ram

Cobh Ramblers FC are delighted to confirm the signing of attacker Luke Casey for the remainder of the 2023 League of Ireland season. The 22 year old Ireland Amateur international joins the club from Munster Senior League champions Rockmount.

Luke spent his schoolboy career with his hometown club Coachford, progressing to their first team before first stepping up to MSL level with Rockmount in 2020. Since then he has become one of the most well-regarded players in Irish amateur football, representing his country at the UEFA Regions Cup among many international honours. He helped the Whitechurch club secure back to back FAI Intermediate Cups in 2022/23, as well as consecutive MSL Premier Division titles.

We would like to welcome Luke to the club during this exciting period for the club and look forward to seeing him in the claret and blue. He joins recent arrivals Alec Byrne, Matt McKevitt, Mikie Rowe and Dean Larkin as our mid-season signings, and goes straight into the Ramblers squad for tomorrow night’s game away to Finn Harps. The match in Finn Park will be live on LOITV.
