The Annual General Meeting of Cobh Ramblers Trust will take place in the Cobh Ramblers clubhouse on Sunday November 20th at 7pm.

1. The Hon. Secretary invites members to submit nominations for candidates for election as club officers.
2. The Hon. Secretary invites members to submit nominations for candidates for election as ordinary committee members.
3. Resolutions proposing amendments to the constitution and rules.
4. Any other resolutions.

Only fully paid up ordinary members shall be entitled to make nominations of candidates and to submit resolutions to the Annual General Meeting.

Only those nominees and resolutions which are received by the Hon. Secretary not less than 14 days before the date of the meeting shall be included in the agenda.

Please note, all nominees and resolutions must be proposed and seconded.
