The Cobh Ramblers FC Junior Skills Academy is open to boys and girls between the ages of 7-14 of all abilities. The academy will run every Sunday as a 1-hour session with the exception of the Sundays closest to both Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, unless both fall on a Sunday.

Sign Up / Cancellation Policy: Sign up can take place at Sign Up Page. The registration fee to join the academy will be €120, and includes your first four sessions, as well as Uhlsport/CRFC branded training ¼ zip, t-shirt, shorts and socks. The cost will be €50 per month thereafter through an automatic renewal subscription service that will occur every 30 days from the date you signed up. Your subscription can be cancelled any time through your own log in portal at Sign Up Page  where you will find a heading called subscriptions, click the cancel button and your subscription will be cancelled immediately. Any sessions that you may have outstanding can be used anytime.

Insurance: All Junior Skills Academy sessions will be covered by Public Liability Insurance only.

Fees & Discounts: Once the fees have been received, confirmation will be issued by email. The confirmation email is receipt of your place on the academy and payment received.

Medical Assistance: All medical information must be provided in advance of the Junior Skills Academy commencing for your child. By signing up to the programme you give your permission to allow your child to be given medical treatment either by way of first aid by a suitably qualified person or by a doctor.
You also consent to your child being taken to a doctor or hospital in case of emergency. If there is any change to the medical information you provided on your application form you must inform us prior to the Junior Skills Academy commencing.

Damages/Injuries/Loss of Possessions: The Junior Skills Academy will operate to the highest standards, but Cobh Ramblers FC will not be held responsible for damages, injuries, or loss of possessions. We strongly recommend that no valuables are brought to the academy.

Conduct: Participants must follow the instructions of the coaching staff in charge. Misbehaviour or bullying may result in the participant being expelled from the Junior Skills Academy and any fees will not be refunded. In the interest of safety, participants are not permitted to leave the Junior Skills Academy during the session times without the written consent of a parent/guardian. If a child is expelled from the Junior Skills Academy their parent/guardian will be contacted immediately to Automatic Reply collect the child.

Clothing: All participants must wear CRFC Junior Skills Academy training wear when received. Gear may take 6-8 weeks from sign up to the academy.

Data Policy: Retention of Data Policy Cobh Ramblers Football Club will retain your entered data in relation to this camp sign up and contact you in future with promotional material. Please email juniorskillsacademy@cobhramblers.ie if you would no longer like to be contacted.

Photographic or Video Permission: Sign up for Junior Academy is under the agreement that you allow Cobh Ramblers FC to take photos/videos of your child involved in the camp for use in future promotional material for the academy and social media updates throughout the academy. These may be published on Cobh Ramblers FC website, social media pages or match-day magazine.

Weather: In cases where the weather has affected the condition of the playing surface or is deemed so bad that coaching activities must be suspended, the academy coordinator will contact the parent or guardian to advise them of the suspension of coaching activities. It will then be the responsibility of the parent/guardian to make arrangements to collect their child immediately. The coaching staff will supervise all children until they have been collected.

Refunds: In the unlikely event of the cancellation of the academy activities a full refund will be issued. If inclement weather or COVID-19 restrictions cause only partial cancellation of the academy, no refund will be issued. Cobh Ramblers FC reserve the right to make date/time/venue changes if necessary.
