CLUB NEWS
Cobh Ramblers FC is delighted to announce that it has officially joined the Union of European Clubs (UEC), marking an important step in strengthening our club’s voice and presence within European football.
Membership of the UEC provides an opportunity for our club to connect with like-minded clubs from across Europe, share knowledge and experiences, and contribute to discussions that help shape the future of the game.
As an organisation committed to representing the interests of clubs, the UEC offers a valuable platform for collaboration, networking and ensuring that the perspectives of clubs of all sizes are heard within the wider European football landscape.
Speaking on the announcement, Cobh Ramblers CEO David Lenane said:
“Joining the Union of European Clubs is an exciting development for our club. It gives us an opportunity to build relationships with clubs across Europe, learn from their experiences and contribute to a collective voice on the issues that matter to clubs like ours. Football is stronger when clubs work together, and we look forward to playing an active role within the UEC and making the most of the opportunities this membership presents.”
This membership represents another positive step in our ambition to continue developing Cobh Ramblers FC, strengthening our relationships across the European game and ensuring that our club is part of the conversations shaping its future.
