Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Men’s U17 coaching team, delivering a high-performance, player-centered program.
- Implement training methodologies aligned with the FAI Player Development Plan and club ethos.
- Oversee tactical preparation, match analysis, and player progression.
- Work collaboratively within the FC32 Group’s multi-club model, emphasizing talent development pathways.
FAI Requirements for Men’s U17 Lead Coaches
- Experience in elite youth football coaching and a commitment to ongoing development
- Knowledge of FAI Player Development structures and a passion for nurturing young talent
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- UEFA A Licence (or equivalent coaching qualification desirable but not essential, club can work with candidates in meeting requirements and in achieving relevant coaching requirements)
