Cobh Ramblers FC is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Lead Coach to take charge of our Women’s U19 squad for the 2025 League of Ireland season. With the recent acquisition of Cobh Ramblers by the forward-thinking FC32 Group, we are committed to elevating women’s football as a cornerstone of our club’s future. This commitment includes the launch of a senior women’s team in 2026, creating a seamless player pathway from U19 to senior football.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the Women’s U19 squad in alignment with the League of Ireland Women’s U19 program.
- Design and implement training plans focused on technical, tactical, physical, and mental growth.
- Foster an environment that prioritizes player development and well-being.
- Collaborate with club management and technical staff to prepare players for transition to the senior team.
Requirements
- UEFA A Licence (minimum) or working towards completion in early 2025.
- Proven coaching experience, particularly in women’s football, ideally at academy or elite youth level.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering talent and supporting the holistic development of players.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Commitment to the ethos and long-term vision of Cobh Ramblers and the FC32 Group.
