Cobh Ramblers FC, now proudly part of the innovative FC32 Group, is on an exciting journey, and we’re looking for a dedicated Coach for our League of Ireland Women’s U17 team to join our forward-thinking player development program.
The unique position will allow the candidate, the chance to focus entirely on on-field coaching without administrative distractions.

Role Overview:
This coaching role is focused exclusively on:
- Coordinating and leading on-field training sessions to maximize player development and performance.
- Delivering high-quality coaching in line with the club’s philosophy and vision.
- Collaborating closely with the U17s Lead Coach, ensuring training aligns seamlessly with the team’s objectives and broader development strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passionate and experienced coach with a proven ability to develop youth talent.
- UEFA coaching qualifications (or equivalent) desirable.
- A team player with excellent communication skills to work collaboratively within the FC32 multi-club framework.
