David Bosnjak, Cathal O’Hanlon, and Nolan Evers Back for 2025

Cobh Ramblers FC is delighted to announce the re-signing of three key players for the 2025 season: David Bosnjak, Cathal O’Hanlon, and Nolan Evers! These pivotal players are set to strengthen the squad as we gear up for an exciting new campaign, kicking off on February 14th.

David Bosnjak returned to the Rams in 2024 after an impressive stint with Douglas Hall in the Munster Senior League. A former member of our U17 and U19 squads, David made a big impact last season, with 31 appearances and 6 goals to his name. ⚡

Cathal O’Hanlon, a proud Cobh native, also rejoined in 2024. With valuable experience gained at Charlton Athletic and UCC, Cathal brought class and composure to the squad last season.

Nolan Evers joined us fresh from completing his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Psychology at Stanford University, where he played for the Varsity Division 1 Men’s Soccer Team. In 2024, Nolan was a mainstay in the starting XI, making 28 League of Ireland First Division appearances and contributing 2 goals.

Manager Michael McDermott highlighted the importance of their return:
“Securing David, Cathal, and Nolan for 2025 gives us continuity and a real competitive edge. Their familiarity with the club and league, combined with their talents, will help us hit the ground running this season as we welcome several new faces.”
