Groups for EA Sports Underage National Leagues Confirmed

Today saw the announcement that EA SPORTS will become the title sponsor of the EA SPORTS National Underage Leagues ahead of the upcoming 2021 season. Our four underage Academy sides also learned of their groups and fixtures for the season ahead.

U19

From two groups, Ramblers have been drawn in Group A; they will play one series of games. The competition then splits and the top five teams from each group will progress to the League phase and the remaining teams will compete in a Shield competition.  

Group A: Ramblers, Galway, Bray, Cabinteely, Cork City, Bohemians, Shelbourne, Kerry, Waterford, Treaty, Wexford

Opening Fixture: Cabinteely (A), Week-ending June 27th

U17

From three groups, Ramblers have been drawn in Group B; they will play one series of games. The competition then splits and the top three teams from each group will progress to the League phase and the remaining teams will compete in a Shield competition.  

Group B: Ramblers, Cork City, Kerry, Carlow Kilkenny, Klub Kildare, Bohemians, Bray, Cabinteely

Opening Fixture: Bray (H), Week-ending June 27th

U15

From five groups, Ramblers have been drawn in Group E; they will play two series of games. The competition then splits and the top two teams from each group will progress to the League phase and the remaining teams will compete in a Shield competition.  

Group E: Ramblers, Cork City, Treaty, Limerick, Waterford

Opening Fixture: Waterford (A), Week-ending June 27th

U14

From five groups, Ramblers have been drawn in Group E; they will play two series of games. The competition then splits and the top two teams from each group will progress to the League phase and the remaining teams will compete in a Shield competition.  

Group E: Ramblers, Cork City, Treaty, Kerry, Waterford

Opening Fixture: Waterford (H), Week-ending June 27th

All teams will also compete in respective Cup competitions at their age levels. Cup competitions will be regionalised for Rounds 1 & 2, with an open draw afterwards.

Cobh Ramblers FC

Cobh Ramblers Football Club is an Irish football club. The club, founded in 1922 and elected to the League of Ireland in 1985, hails from Cobh, County Cork and play their home matches at St. Colman's Park. The club's colours are claret and blue.
