Cobh complete Williams signing

Cobh Ramblers are pleased to welcome new signing Kevin Williams to the club. The versatile defender primarily plays as a left back, and featured in yesterday’s pre-season win over Longford Town.

From Tralee in Co. Kerry, Kevin played for Kerry League in the U17 and U19 League of Ireland, before moving to Cork City’s U19 set-up. He then returned to Kerry and the 20 year old has also represented the FAI ETB side at international level.

Kevin is a student at IT Carlow, and has represented their successful Intervarsity alongside current first team Ram Naythan Coleman and U14 coach Conor Walsh.

We are delighted to have Kevin on-board for 2021 and look forward to seeing him in claret and blue in the coming weeks. Next up for Ramblers is a pre-season clash with Shamrock Rovers this Sunday.
