The UEFA 10 point plan:

This statement should be printed in all match programmes and displayed permanently and prominently around the ground.
  2. Make public address announcements confirming that the club is committed to the Uefa 10 point plan and does not accept racist or discriminatory behaviour.

  4. Take action to prevent the sale of racist or discriminatory literature inside and around St Colman’s Park.
  5. Take disciplinary action against players who engage in racial or discriminatory behaviour. Disciplinary action will be taken in accordance with the clubs code of conduct.

  7. Encourage a common strategy between steward’s and An Garda Siochana for dealing with racist and discriminatory behaviour and or chanting.
  8. Remove any racist or discriminatory graffiti found inside or around St Colman’s park as a matter of urgency.
  9. Adopt an equal opportunities policy in relation to employment and service provision.
