Cobh Ramblers FC are pleased to announce the signing of goalkeeper Adam Mylod from Cork City FC. Adam is the younger brother of current Cobh player Ian Mylod and joins the Rams on the back of a successful spell at Cork’s u19 side. He was a member of their 2016 UEFA Youth League squad and picked up an Enda McGuill Cup medal amongst other titles. The netminder previously played for Leeside where he represented their senior side at the age of 17. He is currently studying BIS in UCC.

Manager Stephen Henderson is pleased with the addition of the promising young shot-stopper.

“Adam is a young goalkeeper with huge potential. He is coming in as cover for Paul Hunt and will work extensively with Shane Kavanagh in order to really push Paul for the number one spot. It’s also great to finally sign a Mylod with good dress sense!”
